Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To estimate the prevalence of mutations in genes that could be new therapeutic targets across cancer types in the C-CAT database.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The frequency of co-mutations by cancer type in the C-CAT database will be described. Survival will be described by genetic mutation by cancer type in the C-CAT database.
