Interventions

We investigate influence to bring to boring pain and the infusion ache of the needle of the local anesthetic by performing skin cooling before the nerve block enforcement.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 20 years or older patient younger than 75 years 2) The patient who had a diagnosis of chronic pain 3) The patient that a nerve block is enforced regularly in outpatient department 4) The patients that an agreement is provided in a document about participation of this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with dermatopathy or the neuropathy
