Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with breast or gastric cancer who are scheduled to start or have started their first T-DXd treatment in January 2022 or later. 2) Written consent for this study has been obtained from the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of interstitial lung disease or undeniable on pre-enrollment testing 2) Patients participating in a clinical trial 3) Patients who are deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator or sub investigator
