Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) Women between the ages of 18 and 30 who wish to use contraception (think about contraception). (2) The purpose and methods of the study must be explained and consent must be obtained. (iii) Able to understand and answer the questionnaire written in Japanese. (iv) Be able to watch the video and receive counseling, and cooperate in the baseline, endline, and 3-month follow-up questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who are currently trying to conceive (women who are not in a situation to choose a contraceptive method)
