Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inpatients 65 years of age or older who have given consent to participate in studyand who meet the diagnosis of insomnia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physically critical patients Patients with terminal condisitons Hypersensitivity to the components of orexin recepter antagonist Patients with narcolepsy or catalepsy Severe hepatic dysfunction,renal dysfunction, respiratory dysfunction Patients who have difficulty obtain consent to participate in reserch due to cognitive decline Patients receiving orexin receptor antagonist and patients with a history of orexin receptor antagonist administration
