At the beginning and end of the surgery, 4 cm^3 offatty tissue called a large net and 5 mL of blood are collected.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are 20 years old or older (2) Patients who will undergo open abdominal tum or removal (3) Patients undergoing surgery with a planned dur ation of more than 5 hours (4) Patients who can provide written consent for p articipation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are pregnant, lactating, or who may become pregnant, and those who wish to become pregnant during this study (2) Patients with autoimmune diseases such as vas culitis. (3) Those who are judged by the physician in char ge to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
