Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as orthostatic dysregulaton according to the diagnostic criteria of the American Autonomic Society. 2. Patients over 20 years old 3. Patients whose mother tongue is Japanese (the questionnaires can be answered accurately) 4. Patients who have given their written consent to become a subject of this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have allergies to ryokeijutsukanto 2. Patients who have difficulty in taking kampo medicine 3. Patients who are already taking kampo medicine 4. Patients who do not agree to become a subject of this study 5. Patients whose mother tongue is not Japanese 6. Patients who are pregnant or mey be pregnant or breastfeeding 7. Patients who the orincipal investigator or physician deems unsuitable for conducting this study safely
