Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 20 years of age or older 2) Patients with shoulder pain 3) Patients with passive range of motion limitations (passive flexion and abduction less than 90 degrees or external rotation less than 10 degrees or internal rotation 5th lumbar vertebrae) 4) Patients undergoing arthroscopic capsular reliese 5) Patients with written consent to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with a history of previous surgery on the affected shoulder. 2) Patients with conditions such as rotator cuff tear, calcific tendonitis, or long head biceps tendon injury. 3) Patients who are contraindicated for the drug to be administered. 4) Patients with poorly controlled (HbA1C > 8.0) diabetes mellitus. 5) Patients with neurological or psychiatric disorders. 6) Other patients who are judged by a physician to be unsuitable for inclusion.
