Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with Osteoarthritis of Hip Patient over 20 years old Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Past history of Symptomatic Venous Thrombosis Rheumatoid Arthritis Current use of Steroids Patient requiring perioperative Heparin bridging Current use of Anticoagulant, Antiplatelet drug Patient unable to use Enoxaparin Underlying illness which causes Venous Thrombosis or edema Severe hepatorenal dysfunction Current use of Kampo medicine Patient decided inappropriate to be an examinee
