Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who have developed, or are suspected to have or be at risk for, any of the following cancer therapy related cardiovascular adverse events from 2011 to 2025: 1. Cardiac dysfunction (heart failure, myocardial injury, including myocarditis) 2. Arrhythmias 3. Venous thromboembolism 4. Arterial thromboembolism 5. Hypertension
