Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women aged 50 to under 95 2. Individuals who own and can operate a smartphone 3. Individuals who can watch YouTube (videos) for approximately 15 minutes per day on their smartphone for 24 weeks (with responsibility for communication charges and other expenses) 4. Individuals who are independent in walking and daily living activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have been advised by a doctor to limit exercise
