Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: [Patients] Patients diagnosed with rectal cancer who have undergone surgery for rectal cancer. Patients aged 18 years or older at the time of consent and residing in Japan. Patients who have agreed to participate in the study. Patients who possess devices and an environment that allow access to the internet in Japanese to respond to the study questionnaire. [Physicians] Physicians with experience in treating rectal cancer at medical institutions in Japan (including surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or perioperative management). Physicians who understand the purpose and methodology of the study and have agreed to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: [Patients] Patients who are themselves employed by GlaxoSmithKline K.K. or 3H Medisolution Co., Ltd., or have family members who are employed by these companies. [Physicians] None.
