Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male university students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of underlying diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, or liver dysfunction. (2) Presence of gastrointestinal disease or a history of gastrointestinal surgery. (3) Food allergy (e.g., milk or wheat) or lactose intolerance. (4) Regular use of medications or dietary supplements that may affect the study outcomes (to be determined by the investigators). (5) Current smoking habit or smoking within the past month. (6) Blood donation of more than 200 mL within the past month or more than 400 mL within the past three months. (7) History of adverse physical reactions associated with blood collection. (8) Participation in another clinical trial, monitoring study, or research study that may affect the outcomes of this study within the past month, or planned participation during the study period. (9) Current or planned adherence to strict dietary restrictions, such as vegetarianism, restrictive dieting, or a low-carbohydrate diet.
