Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing surgical resection for lung cancer (pneumonectomy, lobectomy, segmentectomy, or partial/wedge resection) will be included. Patients aged 18 years or older will be eligible for enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse participation, or those deemed inappropriate for inclusion by the principal investigator or sub-investigators, will be excluded from the study.

Comparison between conventional predicted postoperative pulmonary function and three-dimensional image based predicted postoperative pulmonary function incorporating emphysematous lung volume
