Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants in the Kanagawa Prospective "ME-BYO" Cohort Study 2. Individuals aged 40 years or older residing in Kaisei-town or Matsuda-town at the time of informed consent 3. Capable of independent living 4. Able to communicate in Japanese and complete all required assessments 5. Meeting the following age-specific MMSE score criteria: - Aged 65 years or older: MMSE score >= 18 - Aged 40 to 64 years: MMSE score between 18 and 28 (inclusive)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a confirmed diagnosis of dementia by a physician 2. Individuals with severe physical or psychiatric illness that the investigators determine would preclude study participation 3. Individuals with contraindications to MRI (e.g., cardiac pacemaker, claustrophobia) 4. Individuals with a prior history of chocoZAP membership
