Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGW patient Adults aged 18-65 years (inclusive). Patients with diagnoses of AGWs (new onset or recurrent) in the past 3 months, confirmed by patient's medical record. Patients who are willing to provide informed consent. Healthy control Adults aged 18-65 years (inclusive). Individuals who are not diagnosed with AGWs. Individuals who are willing to provide informed consent. Individuals without any disease, visiting a clinic, or taking any medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: AGW patient and healy control Patients/Individuals with a history of HPV vaccination. Patients/Individuals who currently have alcohol issues, tentatively defined as diagnosis of Alcohol Use Disorder, or receiving formal treatment or counseling for Alcohol Use Disorder. Patients/Individuals who currently have drug issues, tentatively defined as diagnosis of Substance Use Disorder, receiving formal treatment or counseling for Substance Use Disorder, or any legal problems or arrests due to illegal drug use. Patients/Individuals who concurrently have other active STD. Patients/Individuals who are concurrently enrolled in any clinical trials of STD. Patients/Individuals with significant comorbidities. Patients/Individuals who are pregnant.
