Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who meet all of the following criteria will be eligible for inclusion in this study. - Individuals who have been diagnosed with either nAMD or DME. - Individuals who are currently receiving, or have previously received, anti VEGF therapy for nAMD or DME. - Individuals who are aged 40 years or older at the time of providing informed consent. - Individuals who are able to complete the procedures specified in the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study. - Individuals who have insufficient proficiency in Japanese, making it difficult to obtain informed consent or to participate in the study. - Individuals who are unable to participate in the interview themselves.
