Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet all of the following criteria: (1) First-time parents consisting of a mother who is pregnant with or has given birth to her first child and has begun child-rearing, and a father who is jointly involved in child-rearing, and who are able to participate as a pair (2) At the time of enrollment, either: less than 30 weeks of gestation (pregnancy group), or at least 2 months postpartum and with a child under 2 years of age (parenting group) (3) Able to read, write, and communicate in Japanese (4) Aged 18 years or older
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from the study if either the participant or their partner meets any of the following criteria: (1) Currently living with another biological child (e.g., a father with a child from a previous relationship) (2) When the principal investigator determines that participation in the study is not appropriate, such as in cases where the individual has been diagnosed with a severe mental disorder or when participation is deemed difficult due to potential physical or psychological burden
