Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study includes individuals who fall into any of the following four categories: Mid career Nurses Nurses with 3 to 7 years of clinical experience in the target ward. These individuals have mastered basic nursing skills, perform their duties independently, and are involved in roles such as mentoring junior staff and team management. Staff Nurses (Team Members) Nurses assigned to the specific fixed team who do not meet the definition of Mid career Nurses. This includes early career nurses with 1 to 2 years of experience and expert nurses with 8 or more years of experience. Nurse Manager The individual responsible for nursing management in the ward, capable of evaluating organizational change and acting as the Owner within the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM) framework. Researcher The intervener of this study, who performs planning, action, observation, and reflection in the role of both the team leader and a nursing administrator.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Participants who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded from the study: Individuals who anticipate taking long-term leave (e.g., maternity or childcare leave, sick leave) during the research period, making continuous participation in case studies and reflection sessions difficult. Individuals who do not provide consent to participate in the study. Individuals in temporary assignments, such as those providing temporary support from other teams, who are deemed unsuitable for evaluating the continuous interactions within the team.
