First, the robot is attached to the upper arm of the wearer. After the robot is attached, the operator grasps the wearer's upper arm and performs one to three reciprocating movements within the range

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students who apply to the internal call for applications in the University of Yamanashi after November 2025 2. Students who are confirmed to be able to wear the wearable assist robot by the researchers 3. Gender: male; Age: 20-35; Height: 165-175cm; BMI: up to 24 4. Students who join "CO-OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid"

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diseases of the upper arm or injuries to the shoulder 2. Adults who do not have sufficient judgment (difficulty in communication, inability to feel tightness, etc.)
