Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate students currently enrolled in this university Meeting all of the following criteria (a-c): a) Having a score of "Definite Evening Type" (16-30 points or less) on the Morningness-Eveningness Questionnaire (MEQ). b) Having a bedtime later than 23:20 on three or more nights in the past seven days. c) This sleep pattern has persisted for the past three months. Meeting any one of the following criteria (a-g): a) Having a score of 5 points or higher on the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). b) Having a score of 5 points or higher on the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7). c) Having a score of 28 points or higher on the Brief Sensation Seeking Scale (BSSS) for males, 30 points or higher for females, and 28 points or higher for others. d) Endorsing one or more items in Part I or Part V of the Adult Self-Report (ASR). e) Having a score of 4 points or higher on the Patient Health Questionnaire-15 (PHQ-15). f) Having a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 25 or higher. g) Having six or more days of absence from the university.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a progressive disease. Having a severe, untreated sleep disorder. Currently having a mental disorder. Having regular commitments that span 0:00 (midnight), such as night shifts. Having suicidal ideation (selecting "More than half the days" or "Nearly every day" on the PHQ-9 item regarding suicide). Having a history of substance use disorder.
