Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Study Subjects 15 healthy individuals (aged 20 to 60 years) (2) Inclusion Criteria 1) Subjects must be between 20 and 60 years of age at the time of consent. 2) Subjects must have eaten and drunk only water for one hour prior to the saliva test. 3) Subjects must have received a thorough explanation of the study and provided written consent of their own free will, based on their full understanding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals for whom consent could not be obtained 2. Individuals who do not fully understand Japanese and have difficulty understanding the contents of the consent document and questionnaire survey 3. Individuals who the principal investigator otherwise deems unsuitable as research subjects
