Quantitative Assessment of Psychological Changes in the Patient Journey Quantitatively assess patients' psychological changes throughout their healthcare experience from pre-diagnosis to the present (including initial consultation/reason for seeking care, testing/diagnosis, hospitalization/surgery, follow-up/ongoing treatment). 2. Evaluation of the Relationship Between Treatment Needs and Background Factors in Each Patient Journey Identify patients' values, healthcare needs, and subjective priorities based on their difficulties, anxieties, and challenges from diagnosis through the present and near future, and analyze their relationship with background factors. 3. Analysis of Expected Support from Healthcare Professionals Through steps 1 and 2, clarify the expected support content from healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, etc.) at each stage of care. | — |
