Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with type 2 diabetes or borderline diabetes. 2) Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of obtaining consent. 3) Individuals who have provided written informed consent to participate in this study. 4) Individuals who own a smartphone capable of using the Oishii Kenko app. 5) Individuals who have access, in their residential or work environment, to stores where the designated meals can be purchased. 6) Individuals who do not exhibit food allergy symptoms in their daily diet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who are being treated with diabetes medications other than metformin. 2) Individuals with poorly controlled diabetes (HbA1c > 8.0%). 3) Individuals who have been hospitalized within the past three months (regardless of the disease). 4) Individuals with active diseases such as cancer, infectious diseases, or autoimmune diseases. 5) Individuals deemed ineligible for participation in the study at the discretion of the principal investigator.
