Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Men and women aged between 18 and 30 years at the time of consent acquisition, irrespective of disease status (2) Those who have adequately understood the details of the study and voluntarily provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to complete diary entries during the intervention period (2) Inability to read or write Japanese adequately (3) Lack of ownership of a smartphone compatible with the study application (4) Documented history of arrhythmia, or ongoing treatment with a pacemaker or antiarrhythmic drugs (5) Ongoing or previous psychiatric outpatient treatment (6) Any other reason deemed inappropriate for study participation by the principal investigator

Positive affect subscale of the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) before and after the intervention

- Negative affect scores on the PANAS, pre- and post-intervention - Psychological resilience scores, pre- and post-intervention - Altruism index scores, derived from questionnaire responses, pre- and post-intervention - Changes in heart rate data during and across the intervention period - Changes in writing data during and across the intervention period - Correlations between subjective indicators (questionnaire-derived scores) and objective indicators (heart rate and writing data)
