Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were admitted to the Department of Neurology at our hospital with a diagnosis of cerebral infarction within 7 days of onset will be retrospectively enrolled (Cohort 1: January 2016 to December 2017, Cohort 2: January 2018 to December 2018). Study subjects must meet all of the following inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 years or older at the time of onset of cerebral infarction 2. Patients who were admitted to the Department of Neurology within 7 days of onset of cerebral infarction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have not undergone MRI
