Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet all of the following criteria are eligible for this study. 1. Patients aged 18 years or older who visited one of the four collaborating medical institutions between 1 April 2010 and 31 March 2029. 2. Patients who meet any of the following diagnostic criteria, Insomnia (meeting the criteria of both DSM-5 and ICSD) Sleep apnoea syndrome (Apnea-Hypopnoea Index >= 5) COMISA (meeting both of the above criteria)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who fall under any of the following categories will be excluded from this study. 1. Those with severe cognitive impairment 2. Others deemed unsuitable by a physician

MeasureTime frame
1. Demographic information: age, gender, occupation, etc. 2. Medical history 3. Medications: type, dosage, duration of use 4. Frequency and number of visits 5. Data on continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) use: duration of use, pressure settings, etc. 6. Timing of various treatment visits 7. Consultation information and patient-reported outcomes collected 8. Polysomnography data 9. Insomnia and sleep apnea and their comorbid diagnoses
