Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) Individuals aged 20 or older who have been diagnosed with heart failure by a physician (ii) Patients who are scheduled to participate in, or are currently participating in, outpatient cardiac rehabilitation (iii) AHA Stage C (iv)NYHA functional class I to III (v)Individuals who can independently perform activities of daily living (vi)Individuals capable of verbal communication in Japanese
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (i)Diagnosed with cognitive impairment (ii)Diagnosed as bedridden or quasi-bedridden according to the criteria for independence in daily living activities for the disabled elderly (iii) With a coexisting serious illness with a predicted prognosis of less than one year
