Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects were 43 people who participated in a pilot study of ACT support and 118 people who participated in a randomized controlled trial (RCT) as part of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Sciences Research Grant-funded Mental Health Science Project, "Research on the Development of a New Home-Visiting Comprehensive Community Living Support Service System for Persons with Severe Mental Illnesses" (FY2002-FY2004) (a total of 161 people).
