Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged 20-49 years Individuals recruited through flyers who provided consent Individuals who, after receiving a full explanation of the study, fully understood the information and voluntarily provided written informed consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with visual impairments or ocular diseases Individuals with a history of psychiatric or sleep-related disorders Individuals currently experiencing psychiatric or sleep-related symptoms Individuals currently using sleep-related medications Individuals who are pregnant or may be pregnant
