Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 29 years old at the time of registration (2) Persons with self-administered depression rating scale PHQ-9>=5-14(mild or moderate depression) (3)Those who are able to participate remote program session twice a week (4)Those who are able to obtain electromagnetic consent from in Japanese (5)Those who are able to visit the Yokohama City University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Currently receiving psychiatric treatment or other psychological intervention (2) Persons with PHQ-9 Question9 =3 (3) Other persons who are judged to be unsuitable for the program by the physician.
