Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Male Participants (1) Individuals who have received a full explanation of the study, have understood the information, and have provided informed consent of their own free will. (2) At the beginning of the online questionnaire, participants will be presented with a consent form that includes two options: "Agree" and "Do not agree." In addition, participants will be asked to select one of the following three options regarding their paternity leave: (1) Did not take paternity leave (2) Took at least two weeks of paternity leave within eight weeks after childbirth (3) Other Only participants who select options (1) or (2) will proceed to the main questionnaire. Those who select option (3) will be informed that they are not eligible for participation in the study. Screening questions to identify exclusion criteria will also be presented on the same page. If a participant meets any of the exclusion criteria, a message will appear indicating that they are not eligible for the study. (3) Individuals whose female partners have provided written informed consent to participate in the study. Inclusion Criteria for Female Participants (1) Individuals who have received a full explanation of the study, have understood the information, and have provided written informed consent of their own free will. (2) Individuals who are scheduled to undergo their one-month postpartum check-up at Jikei University Hospital. (3) Individuals who are primiparous.

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Male Participants (1) Individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders (2) Individuals who are judged to have insufficient proficiency in the Japanese language (3) Individuals who work from home or commute to the workplace three days a week or less (4) Individuals who are underage (minors) Exclusion Criteria for Female Participants (1) Individuals who decline to participate in the study (2) Individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders (3) Individuals who are judged to have insufficient proficiency in the Japanese language (4) Individuals who plan to return to their parental home or utilize a postpartum care facility within 8 weeks after childbirth (5) Individuals with multiple pregnancies (6) Individuals who are multiparous (7) Individuals who are underage (minors) (8) Individuals who are not legally married to the male study participant (9) Individuals living with someone other than the male study participant
