Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients diagnosed with unresectable advanced or recurrent esophageal cancer who have not received prior chemotherapy, are scheduled to receive or are already receiving tislelizumab, and require assessment of PD-L1 expression status. b. Patients with preserved tumor tissue samples.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with insufficient tumor tissue samples for analysis. b. Patients scheduled to receive Tislelizumab as second-line chemotherapy.
