Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Provide written informed consent (including consent by proxy). 2.Certified as having a severe disability, diagnosed with a designated intractable disease, or scored under 3 on the Katz Index. 3.Not previously received or borrowed communication support devices. 4.Family members or caregivers of participants meeting the above criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who withdraw consent to participate in the study. 2.Those unable to respond to the survey due to serious deterioration of health. 3.Those deemed inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator.
