Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Wards that used seclusion or restraints on inpatients in the 3 months prior to intervention 2) Medical professionals working in the above wards 3) Patients aged 18 or older who are discharged from the above wards

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Ward for forensic psychiatric patients 2) Individuals who cannot respond to the questionnaire voluntarily 3) Others deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator
