Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers aged from 20 to 60 including the staffs and graduate students of the University of Tokyo Hospital (including the investigators of this project)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with haematological disorders Persons with active infectious diseases which need systemic treatments Persons with possibilities for syphilis, B or C hepatitis, HIV or ATLL
