Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have not purchased the target health food but have purchased other non-target health foods. 2. Individuals aged 18 to 64 at the time of obtaining consent. 3. Individuals who have used the V-point (formerly T-point) service 365 times or more in the past 12 months. 4. Soy sauce usage: Individuals who use soy sauce regularly for cooking at home or at the dining table. Informed consent: Individuals who have received sufficient explanation about the purpose, content, methods, expected benefits, and potential risks of the study, understand them, and are able to provide written consent to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have been instructed by a physician to limit salt intake (with specific instructions to consume less than 6g of salt per day). 2. Individuals with severe hypertension (recently measured blood pressure of 160 mmHg or higher for systolic or 100 mmHg or higher for diastolic). 3. Individuals currently undergoing antihypertensive treatment who have had changes in the type or dosage of medication within the past 3 months. 4. Individuals with the following serious comorbidities: - Uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c => 8%) - Moderate to severe kidney dysfunction (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m^2) - History of or current severe cardiovascular disease such as congestive heart failure, unstable angina, myocardial infarction, or stroke within the past 6 months. 5. Individuals with medical conditions requiring salt intake: Individuals who have been encouraged by a physician to consume salt, or have specific conditions such as adrenal insufficiency that may require salt intake. 6. Individuals deemed inappropriate as study participants by the principal investigator.
