Inclusion criteria: Patients younger than 40 years with EBV-HLH (including suspected cases)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HCT-associated HLH 2. Macrophage activating syndrome (HLH associated with autoimmune diseases) 3. Malignancy-associated HLH
