Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 or older at the time of consent 2) Majoring in piano in the Department of Music or the Graduate Division of Music Arts 3) Currently experiencing music performance anxiety 4) Able to complete all study phases, practice at home at least twice a week, and report on practice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Do not agree with the purpose of this study 2) Severe physical or mental health problems 3) Currently taking prescription anti-anxiety medication, antipsychotic medication, or antidepressants 4) Have refused to participate in this study
