Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having the ability to live at home after discharge, being able to walk independently, and being 50 years of age or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who did not complete PROMs, those who became unable to live at home during the study period due to newly developed illnesses, and those with neurological disorders such as stroke that clearly affect gait function.
