Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 MSM seen in ACC outpatient clinic or SH outpatient clinic 2 Persons undergoing HCV-related testing 3 Adults who are 18 years of age or older at the time of their first visit 4 Those who received an ACC or SH outpatient visit on or after January 1, 2017 and before March 31, 2022

Measure	Time frame
The prevalence and incidence of hepatitis C will be evaluated using HCV antibodies and HCV-RNA.	—

Measure	Time frame
Risk factors for HCV infection include HIV, STIs (syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, etc.), history of illicit intravenous drug use, and genetic analysis of HCV.	—
