Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women between the ages of 20 and 39 who belong to Kaneka Corporation Smartphone users Able to understand Japanese language Able to communicate in Japanese. Non-pregnant. Those who are not breast-feeding Those who are not attending a medical institution for a disease that requires dietary treatment Those who have not been hospitalized due to an injury or illness that limits daily activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women whose smartphone used is iOS13 or lower for iPhone or OS8 or lower for Android
