Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From the date of approval by the head of the research institution until March 31, 2029, pediatric patients under 15 years of age who are admitted to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of Kitasato University Hospital and have an indwelling invasive arterial pressure line for monitoring.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients receiving extracorporeal circulatory support, such as veno-arterial ECMO, for circulatory assistance. 2.Patients with burns, trauma, or skin lesions on the limbs, which are the measurement sites. 3.Patients for whom data collection is not possible during weekday daytime hours due to examinations, treatments, hospital admissions or discharges on holidays, or other reasons. 4.Patients who are readmitted to the ICU as a repeated admission. 5.Patients who did not provide consent to participate in the study.
