Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients witt type 2 diabetes requiring insulin therapy 2)Patients with an HbA1c of 7% or more 3)18-75 years old at the agreement 4)Outpatient 5) Patients who understand and agreed to attend the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with type 1 diabetes and slowly progressive type 1 diabetes 2)Patients with HbA1c less than 7%. 3)High-risk patients with hypoglycemia 4)Patients with cognitive decline or psychiatric disorders 5)Patients requiring non-diabetic physical symptom management 6) Patients who are recognized by physicians as not able to safely conduct the present study by any reasons
