Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sleep sufficient group: Sleep duration 6

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects with pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., cerebral, neurological, or psychiatric disorders), taking therapeutic drugs, or having a history of such conditions that may affect the results of the study 2) Subjects with alcohol dependence or excessive drinking habits 3) Has a habit of taking drugs or supplements that affect sleep 4) Those who are pregnant or lactating, or planning to become pregnant during the study period 5) Any other person deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator
