Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children and their families who meet the following criteria will be enrolled. 1. preschool children who have undergone cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass or have undergone liver transplantation and stayed in the PICU for at least 2 nights for postoperative management 2. can communicate in Japanese 3. consent has been obtained from their guardian
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the child's death is expected within 48 hours of admission 2. absence of legal guardian 3. the child's guardian is not capable of reading or writing in Japanese 4. the child's guardian does not have access to the system 5. the child's guardian is unable to contribute to or view the system due to visual or intellectual disability 6. patients who are deemed inappropriate for inclusion in the study by the principal investigator and the research coordinators.
