Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The target number of cases will be 20, and those who have signed a consent form after paper and oral explanation of the research cooperation will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: New nurses who have worked as nurses or assistant nurses in other facilities.
