Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Distal biliary stricture or bile duct stones requiring biliary drainage for that EUS-HG(J)S with a novel tapered plastic stent is planned 2) Age is 18 years or over 3) Informed consent is obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hilar biliary strictute 2) Massive ascites 3) Post left hepatectomy 4) Non dilated bile duct 5) Planned antegrade stenting 6) Bleeding tendency (Plt < 50,000 and/or PT <70%) 7) Impossible discontinuation of antithrombotic drugs in according to JSGE guideline 8) Heart failure (NYHA III-IV) and/or respiratory failure (PaO2 < 60Torr) 9) Pregnancy
