Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) People who have symptoms caused by vestibular disorders for several months to several years 2) People who visit the ENT outpatient clinic at the University of Tsukuba Hospital or Mito Kyodo Hospital 3) People who are between 40 and 85 years old at the time of study registration 4) People who are independent in walking and daily life 5) People whose symptoms due to vestibular disorders are stable with little daily fluctuation 6) People who own a smartphone and can freely watch YouTube at their own discretion 7) People who can play about 15 minutes of videos on their smartphones per day for 12 weeks (communication charges and expenses will be borne by the participants)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) People with a history of bone and joint disorders, cerebrovascular disorders, or peripheral nerve disorders that limit physical function 2) People with upper limb dysfunction 3) People with a history of vestibular rehabilitation treatment 4) People who have difficulty carrying out daily conversations and are unable to fully understand the research content 5) People who are scheduled to be hospitalized between the start and end dates of the intervention 6) Other people who the researchers, etc., deem inappropriate as research subjects
