Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cohort 1 (retrospective cohort) Patients matching all of the following 1) to 4) 1) Age 18 years and older 2) Patients with chronic/acute nephritis syndrome, rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, abnormal urine analysis, or impaired renal function 3) Patients treated at Chiba University Hospital from 2016 to 2024 4) Patients who participated in the previous study ,Creation of a database of nephrological diseases and development of new diagnostic and therapeutic methods for kidney diseases, whose blood, urine, and renal tissues are stored and whose consent for secondary use has been obtained. Cohort 2 (prospective cohort) Patients matching all of the following 1) to 3) 1) Age 18 years or older 2) No history of renal disease and no history of abnormal urine analysis or impaired renal function on medical examination 3) Voluntarily willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who match any of the following 1) Persons who have expressed their refusal to participate in this research through disclosure documents 2) Those who are deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator
